>> During Season 21 of “Dancing With the Stars,” fans witnessed something they’d never seen on the long-running hit ABC series: two men dancing together. But according to reports, that moment might have been the last time two men will shake it out alone on the ballroom floor.

TMZ reported that the network has crushed the idea of two men partaking in a romantic dance with one another after the idea was pitched to producers. A source divulged to the outlet that when the openly gay musician known as Who Is Fancy was booked to debut his single “Boys Like You” (a song about two men falling in love) during the Nov. 23 show, the artist’s choreographer sent an email to a “DWTS” producer saying it would “be an awesome look to have 2 males dancing with each other.”

However, ABC reportedly gave the choreographer a “definitive no” to that idea. Instead, ABC said it would allow “near dancing” between two men during the routine — like Alek Skarlatos and Carlos PenaVega’s Week 9 performance.
